Hey, I'm Trent.

I'm a mortgage loan originator with Loansteady, based in Wilmington, NC. Before mortgages, I played quarterback at the University of Delaware. These days my game plan is helping people buy homes with confidence.

Most of the stress in buying a home comes from not knowing what happens next. My job is to fix that: explain your options in plain English, run the real numbers before you make an offer, and keep you in the loop all the way to closing.
