How information you share on this site is collected, used and protected.

This website, hurleyhomeloans.com, is operated by Trent Hurley, Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2601253) with Loansteady (NMLS #1701910). This policy explains what information this site collects and how it's used. It applies to this website only. When you apply for a loan, Loansteady's own privacy notice and disclosures also apply.
When you submit the request-a-call form, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the topic you're interested in, your preferred call time and any message you choose to include. When you request the homebuyer guide, you provide your first name, email address, your buying timeline and, optionally, your phone number. If you agree, I may send you occasional homebuying emails, and you can unsubscribe anytime. When you follow links to open the guide or start an application, you leave this site, and those services handle your information under their own policies.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics scripts. Like most websites, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
By checking the consent box on the form, you agree to be contacted at the number you provide, including by text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or telling me you'd prefer not to be contacted.
Your information is not sold or rented. It may be shared with Loansteady, its affiliates and service providers as needed to respond to you and process any loan you apply for, and when required by law or regulation.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds videos from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Those providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their privacy policies. Links to Google Drive, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the online application take you to sites with their own policies.
Reasonable measures are used to protect information sent through this site, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure. Information you submit is stored with Cloudflare and my email and marketing service providers. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and information from children is not knowingly collected.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted through this site, or opt out of further contact, by emailing trent@loansteady.com or calling 724-984-7029. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
